This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and Svensk Dos. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site with the client.

Job Description

As a customer service representative at Svensk Dos, you will work in a varied role with many different tasks where you are the vital link between the company and our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and emails from nurses, doctors, patients, and relatives
• Administering messages in Candos from healthcare
• Assisting with drug shortages and handling simple invoice inquiries
• Contacting delivery points/agents to ensure agreements and procedures are followed
• Administering direct delivery agreements to units and residences
• Administering orderers in the order web (traded goods and pharmacy goods)

Requirements for the position

• High school diploma
• Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks
• Experience in customer service or administrative work

It is a merit if you have experience with GDP, GMP, or ISO 14001/9001

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal record and load register as part of this recruitment process prior to any employment.
